Job summary

Sodexo Group is seeking a Mobile Food Service Assistant to cover Oasis schools across Birmingham. The role involves flexible catering support at multiple sites, travelling between locations, and providing service with a positive, customer-focused approach.

Working pattern is Monday to Friday, 10:00am–2:00pm, 20 hours per week, with term-time only permanent, part-time contract. Full driving licence and access to personal vehicle are required for the mobile role.

• Catering or food service experience helpful but not essential; full training provided.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the preparation and serving of food and beverages.
• Maintain clean, safe and hygienic kitchen and dining areas.
• Replenish food displays and service counters as required.
• Support deliveries and store supplies appropriately.
• Follow food hygiene, health and safety procedures.
• Provide a friendly and helpful service to customers, colleagues or visitors.
