Job summary

Incommunities is seeking staff to join a mobile response service for older or vulnerable service users, delivering timely falls response and ensuring dignity, privacy, and choice in line with Telecare and CQC standards.

Role involves no supervisory duties but operates in pairs with joint responsibility for safe delivery and accurate records, with day-to-day supervision by the Team Leader and overall management by the Support Services Manager.

Responsibilities

• Provide a mobile response service to older or vulnerable service users and partner agencies.
• Deliver a non-injury falls response service, respecting dignity, privacy and choice; meet Telecare and Care Quality Commission standards.
• Work in teams of two with joint responsibility for safe service delivery and accurate records.
• Day-to-day workload and supervision by the Team Leader; overall management by the Support Services Manager.
• Responsible for assets, materials, and equipment.
• Ensure safe use of fleet vehicles, ICT equipment and Telecare devices, and protect confidential information.
• Maintain health and safety for self, colleagues and service users by following risk assessments.

• To provide a mobile response service to older or vulnerable service users of Incommunities and partner agencies that upholds the aims and objectives of the Trustcare Service Statement of Purpose.
• To provide a non injury falls response service.to respond to service user needs in a manner that respects their rights to dignity, privacy and choice.to deliver services within Telecare Services Association and Care Quality Commission standards and to strive for best practice in all aspects of service delivery.
• This role does not carry any supervisory responsibilities, however it does involve working in teams of 2, therefore both employees are jointly responsible for the safe delivery of support to service user's and the detailed & accurate completion of all records
