As a Mobile Repair Technician, you’ll be part of a team that plays a critical role in supporting the London Fire Brigade. You’ll help ensure their fleet of over 460 vehicles and specialist equipment is always ready to respond making a real difference to public safety and emergency response across Greater London.
This is a dynamic and hands-on role where your technical expertise will directly impact operational readiness. You’ll work across a wide range of sites, diagnosing and repairing faults, improving reliability, and helping reduce in-service defects. Please note that this position involves manual work. This could include lifting, bending, using tools or standing for extended periods of time.
The role is based onsite at Ruislip, and the set working times are Monday to Friday, totalling 40 hours per week. Regular travel across internal and customer sites is expected.
The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Standard (BPSS) security clearance for this role.
