Job summary

Caterlink is seeking a Relief Chef Manager to provide cover across Essex and Kent. This mobile role requires own transport, works term-time only, Monday to Friday, 30 hours per week, with £18.00 per hour. Role includes cooking, food presentation, and compliance with health, safety and environmental standards.

You will also support daily site operations, supervise teams, manage inventories and budgets, and contribute to delivering consistent, high-quality catering services for our clients.

Responsibilities

• To prepare, cook and present food to Caterlink and client standards.
• Ensure locations meet statutory and company Health and Safety, Food Safety and environmental legislations and procedures.
• Ensure Caterlink's reputation for excellent food and service is enhanced with client and customers, exceeding expectations.
• Support day-to-day running of locations and supervising teams including inventories, monitoring budgets, and implementing action plans.
