Job description

Our Client is looking for Mobile Recycling Operatives to work in the Bury and Ipswich areas. Shifts cover any 7 days, so will include weekend working

Responsibilities:

• To operate the Recycling Centre safely and efficiently and in line with company procedures and policies, Environmental Permit, Planning Permissions and Contract Specification.
• To assist the Recycling Team in delivering a safe and efficient Recycling Centre service.
• To ensure that the highest standard of customer care is maintained at all times
• Responsability to deliver a high standard of customer service to the public by actively encouraging reuse and recycling as well as assisting the public with their waste disposal.
• Successful candidates will be required to be trained at some point to operate our Rubber Duck Plant & will attend a First Aid course.

Reliable transport to be able to travel to any site on the contract to provide cover.

Pay rates:

• £12.21ph - Any days.
• £24.42ph - Bank Holidays

Mileage and Travel time between depots is paid.

Shift pattern:

Summer Hours 1st April to 30 Sept Mon-Sun 08:45-17:15

Winter Hours 1st Oct to 31st March Mon-Sun 08:45-16:15

1st May to 31st August late night Thursdays 08:45-19:15
