About the Role

  • To Create a welcoming environment by efficiently managing the core touchpoint journey and fulfilling client requests.
  • Ensuringmeeting rooms meet high standards, handle booking requests, and prepare hospitality requirements.
  • Maintaining a tidy work area, manage deliveries and orders, and adhere to company policies.
  • Answering calls promptly and professionally, and assist the Events Management Team as required.

Working Hours
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week
  • Shift Times: Between 7:30 AM and 7:00 PM, with 9-hour shifts (e.g., 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM or 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM)
Location
  • Flexible Locations: Choose between working at a single site or across multiple locations in London's Zone 1 and 2.
  • Tailored Work Environment: Decide whether you prefer the variety of multiple sites or the consistency of a static location.
