Job summary

Veneto Automotive Group are recruiting on behalf of our client for Permanent Mobile Support Engineers. As a Mobile Support Engineer, you'll service, maintain and repair Bus & Coach / PSV vehicles in the field across Manchester, working independently to deliver first-class customer service.

Required NVQ Level 3 / City & Guilds in Heavy Vehicle or PSV Eng, strong mechanical/electrical diagnostics, full UK driving licence, and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 / City & Guilds in Heavy Vehicle, PSV Engineering or equivalent.
• Strong mechanical, electrical and diagnostic fault-finding skills.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage your own workload.

Responsibilities

• Servicing, maintenance, diagnostics and repairs on Bus & Coach / PSV vehicles in the field.
• Provide mobile engineering support and breakdown assistance.
• Work autonomously while delivering first-class service to customers.
