Job summary

Sunbelt Rentals is seeking a power mechanical technician to join our power division in Norwich. You will ensure generators and equipment are maintained to the highest standard while meeting customer expectations.

Responsibilities include generator repair, installation and commissioning, testing and compliance, and maintaining equipment cleanliness and reliability. A strong communicator with good time management will thrive in this role, supported by development opportunities and benefits.

Qualifications

• Power generation knowledge essential for generator maintenance.
• Solid understanding of mechanical installation methods.
• Proven ability to communicate clearly with customers and teams.
• Self-motivated with strong time management skills.
• Valid UK Driving Licence is required.

• Repair and maintenance of generators and power equipment.
• Installation and commissioning of equipment on site.
• Testing, certification and compliance of equipment.
• Serve as an ambassador, building positive customer relationships.

• Generator repair and maintenance
• Equipment Installation and commissioning
• Testing, certification and compliance of equipment
• Act as an ambassador for Sunbelt rentals building positive customer relationships
• Ensuring all equipment is maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness, functionality and compliance
