Job summary
Sovereign Network Group in Oxfordshire is seeking an experienced Plumber to join the Property Team. You will carry out plumbing repairs and maintenance across our homes, following work schedules and servicing properties as needed.
The role provides a company van and fuel card, 40 hours per week, and opportunities to supplement earnings with call-outs and overtime. A driving licence and CSCS card (desirable) are required, NVQ2 in Plumbing or 5 years’ trade experience.
Qualifications
- NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing or 5 years’ trade experience.
- Experience working in occupied premises and strong customer service.
- Full driving licence with at least 1 year driving experience; ability to drive a company van.
- Able to use mobile technology such as iPad or PDA; CSCS card desirable.
Responsibilities
- Carry out plumbing repairs and maintenance on SNG properties.
- Work to schedules within the Responsive Repairs Team and other duties as needed.
- Install and repair sanitary ware, kitchens, and pipe work.
- Ensure health and safety best practices on site.
