Mobile Plumber – Central London – £45,000 + Overtime

🕒 Hours: Monday to Friday (Days)

PRS is actively seeking a Mobile Plumber to maintain a portfolio of high-end commercial office buildings across London & M25.

Key Responsibilities

• ✅ Perform PPM (Planned Preventative Maintenance) and reactive maintenance efficiently
• ✅ Carry out basin & tap replacements and general plumbing works
• ✅ Conduct fire alarm checks, emergency lighting, hot & cold water maintenance
• ✅ Work on FCUs, AHUs, UPS, BMS, and risers
• ✅ Handle minor fabric works (e.g., fixing broken doors/locks)
• ✅ Ensure full compliance with health & safety regulations

Requirements

• ✔ NVQ Level 2 (City & Guilds) in Plumbing
• ✔ Previous commercial maintenance experience
• ✔ Knowledge of water treatment, HVAC systems, and FCUs
• ✔ Ability to participate in an on-call rota
• ✔ Strong customer service skills for a corporate client‑facing environment
