Mobile Plant Training Engineer

Location: Worksop

Hours: Monday to Friday, standard days with an early Friday finish

Holiday: Generous annual leave allowance

You'll use your existing practical experience and knowledge to become a trainer and assessor, delivering cutting‑edge courses in Mobile Hydraulics, Control Systems, and more. What you'll be doing (once trained):
  • Delivering and developing mobile hydraulic and control system training courses
  • Teaching and assessing candidates working towards CETOP Level 1, 2, and 3 qualifications
  • Supporting the development of practical training facilities
  • Acting as a Course Manager and Lead Tutor for bespoke and standard training programmes
  • Working collaboratively with customers to understand and meet their training needs
We're looking for someone who:
  • Has 5+ years of hands‑on industry experience in mobile plant or heavy equipment maintenance
  • Holds an HNC/HND or equivalent in an engineering discipline - or CETOP Level 3
  • Can read and interpret hydraulic and electrical circuit diagrams
  • Understands mobile hydraulic systems and components such as pumps, valves, brakes, and transmissions
  • Is a confident communicator and team player, ready to develop into a respected trainer
