PlantLink Recruitment Ltd has a live opportunity for a Mobile Plant Maintenance Engineer / Plant Fitter. The role offers a £34,000-£36,000 basic salary, a company van, door-to-door pay and paid overtime, with structured in-house training and NVQ Level 3 progression.

Based across the Home Counties, you will service and maintain construction plant, inspect machines, record findings and liaise with customers and the service team. A full UK driving licence is required.

Qualifications

• Experience servicing construction plant or heavy machinery.
• Strong mechanical background and willingness to develop.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Complete planned servicing and maintenance on construction plant.
• Carry out machine inspections and identify developing defects.
• Record findings and recommend any additional repair work.
• Complete service reports and job documentation accurately.
• Liaise professionally with customers and the internal service team.
• Work independently across customer sites throughout the Home Counties.
