Job summary

iSmash is seeking a hands-on technician to repair smartphones and tablets in a fast-paced Manchester store. You will fix screens, batteries, cameras and charging issues while delivering excellent customer service, with a focus on precise, high-quality work.

You'll work under the In-Store Manager and join a team that values technical skill and customer care. Experience with major brands and a proactive attitude are key to success in this role.

Qualifications

• Proven experience repairing smartphones and tablets, particularly brands such as Apple, Samsung and Google.
• Strong customer service skills with confidence speaking directly to customers.
• High attention to detail when handling devices, tools and small components.

Responsibilities

• Repair smartphones and tablets, including screen replacements, battery replacements, camera repairs, charging issues and other common faults.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot device issues using technical judgement.
• Provide clear advice and guidance to customers on repair options and solutions.
