Job summary

Halo Accident Repair Centre Ltd is seeking a Mobile Panel Beater who will be based at Bognor Regis and travel across our Southern region to repair vehicles to their original condition. The role offers an industry-leading package and an onboarding bonus of £1,500 on joining Halo.

You will repair panels, replace components, and work with MET-style methods on hybrids and EVs while maintaining high safety and quality standards. A company car is provided along with other employee benefits.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a vehicle panel beater in an automotive repair environment.
• Confident in repairing Hybrid and EV vehicles using appropriate methods.
• Self-motivated, highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Collaborative team player capable of supporting colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Perform panel repair and replacement to the highest standard.
• Rebuild doors and fit front panels and other components using correct tools.
• Weld and bond replacement panels and components securely.
• Apply fillers and sealants to prepare surfaces for painting.
• Maintain a clean and organized workplace and follow safety protocols.
• Work across multiple sites within the South region as needed.
