Job summary

Nothing But Recruitment Ltd is seeking an Occupational Health Technician (Travelling Health Screener) to join a growing peripatetic team in Scotland. You will conduct health surveillance screenings and baseline measurements, recording findings in occupational health records for clinicians.

The role requires good time management, strong communication, and the ability to work independently or with a team. A UK driving licence is mandatory, with a competitive benefits package and travel across

Qualifications

• Ability to manage time effectively in a mobile, multi-site role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for building relationships with patients and team members.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct health surveillance screenings including audiometry, lung function testing, and baseline measurements (height, weight, blood pressure, urinalysis).
• Record all medical information accurately in occupational health records and relay to clinical staff.
• Maintain and service equipment to ensure it is clean, functional and fit for purpose.
• Support health promotion activities and other tasks as required.
• Gather and record accurate information to assist clinical decision-making.
• Provide biometric data to aid nurses and physicians in patient management.
