Job summary

Netbox Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Mobile Multi-Trade Maintenance Engineer for a home-based role serving West London and surrounding counties. You will operate across a portfolio of commercial properties, carrying out maintenance tasks including plumbing, carpentry, and light building fabric work.

A company van, paid travel time and overtime opportunities accompany a 40-hour week, with some weekend hours. The role offers a base salary of £40,000 with a 5% annual bonus and overtime, with OT

Qualifications

• Proven multi-trade maintenance background.
• Hands-on maintenance across trades.
• Experience with general building fabric repairs.

Responsibilities

• Carry out a broad range of maintenance tasks across commercial sites.
• Repair and maintain water heaters and plumbing systems.
• Undertake groundworks, brickwork and general maintenance.
• Install and replace fixtures, doors, locks and fixtures.
• Paint, decorate and undertake minor repairs as needed.
• Travel between sites with a company van and manage workload.
