Kwik Fit is seeking a Floating MOT Tester to cover Watford and surrounding areas. You will conduct MOT tests to government standards and help local centres while building trust with customers.

The role offers an OTE of £35,000–£40,000, including basic salary and bonus, with travel expenses covered. A valid MOT licence and driving licence are required, and you will support colleagues across centres to ensure safe, reliable vehicle testing.

Qualifications

• MOT Tester with MOT Testing experience required.
• Valid MOT licence and driving licence required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver all aspects of the MOT test to government standards.
• Update customers on progress, explain any work needed and why their car failed.
• Build lifelong customer relationships and support colleagues at the Centre.
