CBW Staffing Solutions Ltd is seeking a Mobile Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to cover circa 10–15 commercial buildings along the M4 corridor in South Wales. The role focuses on mechanical and electrical maintenance with PPMs and reactive work, and includes a 40-hour week with on-call rota.

Training and progression opportunities are available. The engineer should hold C&G/NVQ in Mechanical Engineering or Plumbing and demonstrate a proven track record in commercial building maintenance.

Qualifikationen

• Trade qualifications in mechanical engineering or plumbing (essential).
• Proven maintenance experience in commercial buildings.
• Ability to diagnose and service electrical and mechanical plant.

Aufgaben

• Carry out PPMs and reactive maintenance on mechanical and electrical plant.
• Attend multiple sites along the M4 corridor as required.
• Supervise sub contractors and assist with quotations.
• Be available for call out on a rota basis (1 in 8).
