Job summary

A leading property services company in the UK is looking for a Mechanical Mobile Engineer to conduct plumbing and mechanical maintenance. The successful candidate will ensure high standards of work while adhering to Health and Safety regulations. They should be experienced in the commercial and hospitality sectors and possess a full understanding of workforce management systems and compliance certification. This role also includes the opportunity for flexible working arrangements across various sites in the Reading area.

Qualifications

• Full understanding of a workforce management (CAFM) system via a PDA tablet.
• Previous experience within the FM / Building Services sector.
• Competent in the use of Microsoft Office package products.

Responsibilities

• Carry out plumbing and mechanical maintenance.
• Communicate effectively with technical operations team.
• Ensure all PPE is worn correctly.
