Luton Bennett are currently recruiting a Mobile Mechanical Engineer for a field-based role covering Tiverton with nationwide travel. You will service and repair biomass boilers, with training provided and overtime opportunities. Expect overnight stays away up to four nights per week when required, and a working week of 40 hours.

Mobile Mechanical Engineer

Tiverton – Nationwide Travel

Up to £36,000 Salary + Overtime (Approx. 24 Hours per Month - OTE £40,000+) + Increasing Holidays (21 Days up to Additional 5) + Birthday Off + Bank Holidays + Overnight Expenses + Ongoing Training

Monday to Friday 40 Hours per Week – 08:30 to 17:00 (Flexibility Required)

Mobile Mechanical Engineer required for an industry leading supplier of machinery. You will be joining a friendly team in a field based role offering full training, overtime opportunities and no call out requirements.

This role would suit a mechanically biased or multi skilled engineer with experience servicing and repairing any machinery. Candidates from any mechanical industry are encouraged to apply as the company can provide inhouse and manufacturer training.

The successful candidate will be responsible for servicing and repairing biomass boilers on a nationwide basis. Approximately 25% of the work is local to the company, however you can expect to stay away up to a maximum of four nights per week (Monday to Thursday) when required. All expenses are covered.

The Mobile Mechanical Engineer Role:

• Servicing and repairing biomass boilers


• Working within a range of industries including agriculture, manufacturing, hospitality, commercial etc.


• Provide detailed reports


• Assist installation team on occasion when required


• Working away during the week up to 4 nights per week when required


• Working on a nationwide basis


• Working independently

The Mobile Mechanical Engineer Candidate:

• Any industry background
