Job Overview

Join the RAC as a Mobile Mechanic and deliver expert vehicle maintenance, diagnostics, and repair directly to customers on driveways and office car parks. Represent the RAC with pride and stay at the forefront of the industry.

Responsibilities

• Provide vehicle servicing, diagnostics, repairs, and regular checks to customers on driveways.
• Manage stock, report, and maintain customer conversation flow.
• Think on your feet and make the right call for each customer.
• Represent the RAC and show what we’re all about with every fix and chat.

Qualifications

• Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification (or equivalent).
• At least 3 years of hands‑on experience as a vehicle technician working with a range of light vehicles.
• A full UK driving licence with fewer than 6 points.

Benefits

• Competitive base salary £38,625, with on‑target earnings up to £50,000.
• Guaranteed overtime option to increase base salary to £44,385 and further bonus opportunities.
• 40 hour week, core hours 8:00 am‑4:30 pm, with 1 in 4 Saturdays.
