Role Overview
Set up, plan, optimise and report on mobile campaigns for App‑to‑app Display (via Ad Networks), Mobile DSPs, Apple Search Ads, UAC, FB App Campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with the Digital Marketing Manager and Country Managers globally to plan, deliver and execute monthly, quarterly and annual marketing plans for channels.
- Closely monitor and deliver mobile performance within defined KPIs (growth volume, conversion rates, CPA & LTV).
- Deliver complex growth strategies, identify in‑app fraud and assist on projects such as ASO, creative optimisation and conversion rate optimisation while mentoring junior staff and non‑digital stakeholders.
- Collaborate to develop and execute marketing plans for campaigns.
- Identify and test new channels outside the existing marketing mix to add scale to performance plans.
- Assist in the in‑housing of additional markets as per the approved internal in‑housing migration plan.
- Develop robust tracking and measurement systems for accurate performance understanding, working with BI/MA and other stakeholders.
Key Skills and Qualifications
- Extensive experience in Mobile Marketing within the UK; experience in other markets is highly beneficial.
- Previous experience in the iGaming industry (advantageous but not mandatory).
- Proven ability to build and execute creative strategies that drive measurable results.
- Hands‑on experience across major performance marketing platforms, focusing on Mobile Ad Networks, Mobile DSPs, Apple Search Ads, Google Ads, and Facebook Ads.
- Expert understanding of digital tracking, measurement and reporting tools: AppsFlyer (experience with Adjust or Singular beneficial); traffic guard and P360 for fraud prevention; Firebase and GA4 analytics.
- Experience in digital marketing planning and forecasting.
- Experience working with multinational organisations, understanding cultural and regulatory differences.
