A leading digital entertainment group based in London is looking for a Mobile Growth Manager to lead app marketing strategies across international markets. The ideal candidate has over 4 years of experience in mobile performance marketing, with a strong track record in scaling app campaigns, managing budgets, and optimizing performance across multiple channels. Offered benefits include a competitive salary, hybrid working model, and a collaborative culture focused on growth.
Ready to take ownership of mobile growth strategy across multiple international markets? This role is ideal for someone who loves leading high-performance app campaigns, managing budgets, and driving user acquisition, engagement, and lifetime value at scale.
You will play a key role in shaping and executing app marketing strategy across major global markets, working closely with senior stakeholders and cross‑functional teams. Expect to take responsibility for full‑funnel mobile performance, driving installs and engagement through platforms such as DSPs, Apple Search Ads, Google App campaigns, and paid social. You will lead performance optimisation, direct external partners, oversee reporting, and explore new channels to scale acquisition. Alongside this, you will support wider mobile projects including creative testing, ASO, in‑app activity, attribution, fraud prevention, and conversion optimisation.
The role suits someone who blends strategic thinking with hands‑on execution, thrives in a data‑led environment, and enjoys mentoring junior talent while collaborating with colleagues.
The company is an established and fast‑growing digital entertainment group within the iGaming sector with multiple consumer brands across global regulated markets. Known for innovation, product‑first thinking, and strong investment in mobile growth, they offer the chance to work in a performance‑focused team where ideas move quickly and autonomy is encouraged.
