Job Description
- Lead mobile marketing campaigns across global markets
- Manage paid app channels including ASA, UAC, FB, DSPs, and ad networks
- Collaborate with country teams to plan and execute performance strategies
- Monitor KPIs like growth, CPA, LTV, and conversion rates
- Report campaign performance to internal stakeholders
- Support ASO, fraud prevention, and mobile attribution initiatives
- Test new channels and scale performance beyond current mix
- Work with BI and analytics teams to improve tracking and efficiency
- Contribute to creative strategy and in-app engagement plans
- Assist with onboarding new markets into in-house mobile operations
The Successful Applicant
- 4+ years in mobile marketing, ideally with UK and international experience
- Hands-on with ASA, Google Ads, FB App Campaigns, DSPs, and mobile ad networks
- Strong grasp of tracking tools like AppsFlyer, Firebase, GA4, and fraud platforms
- Experience in digital performance planning and forecasting
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Comfortable working across multiple countries and cultures
- Highly analytical, data-driven, and tech-savvy
- Able to manage multiple projects and deliver results under pressure
- iGaming experience is a plus but not essential
- Familiar with automation tools and marketing tech evaluation
