Job Description
  • Lead mobile marketing campaigns across global markets
  • Manage paid app channels including ASA, UAC, FB, DSPs, and ad networks
  • Collaborate with country teams to plan and execute performance strategies
  • Monitor KPIs like growth, CPA, LTV, and conversion rates
  • Report campaign performance to internal stakeholders
  • Support ASO, fraud prevention, and mobile attribution initiatives
  • Test new channels and scale performance beyond current mix
  • Work with BI and analytics teams to improve tracking and efficiency
  • Contribute to creative strategy and in-app engagement plans
  • Assist with onboarding new markets into in-house mobile operations
The Successful Applicant
  • 4+ years in mobile marketing, ideally with UK and international experience
  • Hands-on with ASA, Google Ads, FB App Campaigns, DSPs, and mobile ad networks
  • Strong grasp of tracking tools like AppsFlyer, Firebase, GA4, and fraud platforms
  • Experience in digital performance planning and forecasting
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Comfortable working across multiple countries and cultures
  • Highly analytical, data-driven, and tech-savvy
  • Able to manage multiple projects and deliver results under pressure
  • iGaming experience is a plus but not essential
  • Familiar with automation tools and marketing tech evaluation
