  • Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive plumbing works across multiple sites.
  • Diagnose and repair faults in pipework, drainage, and water systems.
  • Install, maintain, and service plumbing fixtures and fittings.
  • Respond promptly to emergency call-outs and ensure minimal disruption.
  • Liaise with site managers and FM teams for compliance with regulations.
  • Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used.

Job Title: Mobile Plumber - Pipe Services (Maintenance)

Location: London (Mobile Role)

Salary: Competitive + Company Vehicle + Benefits

Contract Type: Full-Time, Temp to Perm

Hours of Work: Sunday to Thursday 10pm - 6am

Responsibilities
  • Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive plumbing works across multiple sites.
  • Diagnose and repair faults in pipework, drainage, and water systems.
  • Install, maintain, and service plumbing fixtures and fittings.
  • Respond promptly to emergency call-outs and ensure minimal disruption to client operations.
  • Liaise with site managers and FM teams to ensure compliance with health & safety and building regulations.
  • Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used.
Requirements
  • NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing or equivalent qualification.
  • Proven experience in commercial plumbing maintenance.
  • Full UK driving licence (essential).
  • CSCS card (desirable).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
