Job summary

A maintenance recruitment agency seeks a Mobile Maintenance Engineer to cover commercial buildings in the Leicester area. This full-time position includes responsibilities such as pump inspections and preventative maintenance across various systems. Applicants should have relevant qualifications in plumbing and hot water systems with proven FM experience. Availability to start immediately is preferred.

Qualifications

• Recognised qualification in Hot Water Systems including Unvented Hot Water Systems.
• Proven experience in an FM or building services maintenance position.

Responsibilities

• Inspect pumps and perform preventative maintenance.
• Conduct calorifier inspections and maintenance.
• Perform expansion vessel inspections.
• Carry out heat exchanger inspections.
• Inspect underfloor heating systems.
• Conduct air handling unit inspections.
• Inspect pipework and perform maintenance.
• Inspect radiators and perform preventative maintenance.

Qualifications

• A recognised qualification in Hot Water Systems including Unvented Hot Water Systems.
• A recognised qualification in Plumbing.
• Awareness of Water Hygiene Management including Legionella prevention.
• Proven experience in an FM or building services maintenance position
