Job description

Job Advert: Maintenance Plumber (Van Mobile)

Location: Central London (covering multiple sites across London)

Salary: £44,000 per annum + Overtime

Package: Includes van + fuel card

Key Responsibilities

• Performing planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance tasks.
• Fault finding and repairs on all plumbing systems, including pipework, drainage, taps, and sanitary ware.
• Assisting with basic maintenance and monitoring of building plant.
• Working within plant rooms, carrying out checks and minor repairs on AHUs (Air Handling Units) and FCUs (Fan Coil Units).
• Maintaining clear and accurate records of all work completed.
• Ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations.

The Ideal Candidate

• Must be a fully qualified Plumber (e.g., NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent).
• Valid driver’s licence.
• Proven experience in a commercial maintenance environment is essential.
