A respected Facilities Maintenance provider is seeking a proactive Van Mobile Maintenance Engineer in Woking. This role includes carrying out PPM and reactive maintenance on mechanical systems, alongside general building services work. Candidates must possess City & Guilds qualifications in Plumbing or Mechanical disciplines, and a full UK driving licence. Qualifications

• Strong understanding of HVAC systems, lighting systems, and BMS controls.
• Full UK driving licence required.
• Experience in commercial maintenance is essential.

Responsibilities

• Carry out PPM and reactive maintenance on mechanical systems.
• Coordinate with subcontractors for specialist tasks when required.
• Conduct routine inspections and take proactive measures.
