Job description
Responsibilities
  • Perform planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive repairs across multiple sites.
  • Diagnose and resolve issues related to plumbing, electrical, or mechanical systems.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and internal procedures.
  • Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used.
  • Respond to emergency call‑outs and breakdowns as required.
  • Liaise with site contacts and contractors to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Support minor installation and project works when needed.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in a mobile maintenance role.
  • Qualified in one of the following:
    • Plumbing (e.g., NVQ Level 2 or higher)
    • Electrical (e.g., 18th Edition, NVQ Level 3)
    • Mechanical (e.g., HVAC, F‑Gas, or similar)
  • Full UK driving licence.
  • Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work independently.
  • Good communication and customer service skills.
  • Willingness to travel across the East Midlands and respond to out‑of‑hours emergencies if required.
Desirable Skills
  • Multi‑skilled across more than one trade.
  • Experience working on high‑profile or commercial sites.
  • Familiarity with CAFM systems and digital reporting tools.
