Responsibilities
- Perform planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive repairs across multiple sites.
- Diagnose and resolve issues related to plumbing, electrical, or mechanical systems.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and internal procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used.
- Respond to emergency call‑outs and breakdowns as required.
- Liaise with site contacts and contractors to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Support minor installation and project works when needed.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a mobile maintenance role.
- Qualified in one of the following:
- Plumbing (e.g., NVQ Level 2 or higher)
- Electrical (e.g., 18th Edition, NVQ Level 3)
- Mechanical (e.g., HVAC, F‑Gas, or similar)
- Full UK driving licence.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Willingness to travel across the East Midlands and respond to out‑of‑hours emergencies if required.
Desirable Skills
- Multi‑skilled across more than one trade.
- Experience working on high‑profile or commercial sites.
- Familiarity with CAFM systems and digital reporting tools.
