  • Conduct routine compliance checks including legionella and water treatment.
  • Handle 80% PPMs and 20% reactive maintenance.
  • Liaise with contractors for extra works.

£35,000 per annum plus Call‑Out (1 in 3, £100 standby + 4 hours minimum paid)

Monday to Friday | Full‑Time, Permanent

Join one of the UK's most respected Facilities Management companies, supporting a bespoke commercial head office for our largest global client. This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a stable, well‑supported team with a long‑term contract and excellent client relationship.

The Role

We're looking for a reliable and skilled Mobile Maintenance Engineer with an electrical bias to join our team of two engineers and a supervisor.

You’ll spend:

  • 3 days per week based at the prestigious Bristol Head Office
  • 2 days per week covering local sites (a total of 13 sites in the area)

Your role will focus mainly on planned preventative maintenance (PPMs) and general building services across modern, well‑maintained facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • General building services maintenance
  • Electrical maintenance (e.g. changing light bulbs, checking fire alarms, emergency lighting)
  • Routine compliance checks including legionella and water treatment
  • 80% PPMs / 20% reactive maintenance
  • Liaising with contractors for extra works (no installation or small works required)
What You'll Need

  • Previous experience in building maintenance or facilities management
