Mobile Maintenance Engineer (Mechanical / Plumbing / Pipefitting Bias)

Full-time | Mobile Role | Company Van Provided
Salary - DOE
We\'re seeking a Mobile Maintenance Engineer with a strong mechanical bias, ideally from a plumbing or pipefitting background, to join a well-established building services contractor. This is a great opportunity to work across a variety of commercial sites, carrying out both reactive and planned maintenance.

Responsibilities
  • Carry out planned and reactive maintenance on mechanical building services systems
  • Diagnose faults, repair and replace defective parts, and ensure systems are running efficiently
  • Work on pipework, valves, pumps, AHUs, FCUs and general plumbing systems
  • Complete job sheets, reports, and compliance documentation accurately
  • Maintain a high standard of workmanship and customer service at all times
  • Travel between sites as required (company van provided)
Requirements
  • Experience in mechanical maintenance, plumbing or pipefitting
  • Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Excellent communication and customer-facing skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage your own workload
  • Relevant mechanical qualifications (e.g. NVQ Level 2/3, City & Guilds, or equivalent) preferred
