Van Mobile M&E Engineer – FM Service Provider - Commercial Buildings – Bristol – £45,000 + Package

CBW Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting for a Van mobile maintenance engineer to carry out planned and reactive commercial maintenance on a commercial contract with key sites in Bristol and the occasionalsite in Newbury.

The successful candidate will have an understanding of facilities maintenance and a proven track record in commercial building maintenance. This position would be ideal for a Mobile Engineer currently in a similar position. In return, the company are offering a salary of up to £45,000 with a potential route into further career progression.

  • A basic salary of up to £45,000
  • Monday- Friday 08:00-17:00

Key Duties & Responsibilities
  • Conduct PPM and planned maintenance, response, and fault analysis within service level agreements.
  • Carry out fault finding and plant adjustments, check and inspect electrical services, plant, and systems, and complete maintenance tasks in accordance with contract specification
  • Maintain and update Log books
  • Undertake all allocated tasks and perform them in a timely and professional manner.
  • Be proactive in identifying and reporting faults with building services equipment and take steps to resolve them.
  • Be proactive to ensure all H&S issues are reported/escalated as required.
  • Maintain informal communications with Client staff members related to service levels and issues.
  • Report service affecting issues to the site management team for formal communication with the client.
  • Be fully aware of relevant Health and Safety and general legislative matters.
Requirements
