Job summary

JCW, part of the Apleona Group, is seeking a Mobile Maintenance Electrician to deliver planned and reactive electrical maintenance across the South East region. The role covers electrical, fire alarm, nurse call, and emergency lighting systems, with out-of-hours emergency cover.

You will prioritise workload, perform testing, and ensure efficient job completion with a first-time fix where possible. Training provided; van supplied; door-to-door pay, and overtime rates apply.

Qualifications

• Must hold a formal electrical qualification.
• IEE 18th Edition required.
• Valid UK driving licence is essential.
• Experience with building management systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prioritise workload to meet deadlines.
• Carry out electrical works including testing, lighting, fire alarm, nurse call and emergency lighting maintenance.
• Ensure work is efficient and first-time fix when possible.
• Submit quotes or materials requests as needed.
• Keep site logbooks updated for compliance.

18th Edition IEE Wiring Regulation
