Job summary

FM Search & Select Ltd is seeking a skilled Mobile Maintenance Electrician to support Scotland's Central Belt. You will perform planned and reactive electrical maintenance across commercial and retail properties, ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

This permanent, full-time role offers a salary up to £45,000 DOE, overtime, and a company van for business and personal use. You will work across multiple sites, diagnosing faults, performing repairs, and maintaining lighting and power systems.

Qualifications

• Qualified Electrician with relevant electrical qualifications.
• Experience in commercial maintenance or facilities management.
• 18th Edition qualification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned preventive maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across multiple sites.
• Diagnose and repair electrical faults efficiently.
• Undertake electrical repairs, testing and remedial works.
• Maintain lighting, power distribution systems and associated electrical installations.
• Respond to breakdowns and emergency call-outs when required.
• Ensure all work is completed safely and in line with current regulations.
• Complete maintenance reports and relevant documentation.
• Build positive working relationships with clients and site teams.
