Job summary

Omega Resource Group is recruiting a Mobile Maintenance Electrician to cover Gloucestershire/Wiltshire (Bath/Chippenham) with a salary of £41,325.03 including on-call standby. The role focuses on maintaining and repairing electrical and mechanical plant in retail outlets, conducting regular store visits for reactive, PPMs and non-electrical minor repairs.

You will perform planned preventative maintenance, catering and bakery equipment maintenance, and tests on emergency lighting and fire alarms.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3/City and guilds 236 Part 1 + 2 or equivalent in electrical installation/Maintenance.
• City and Guilds 18th Edition.
• AM2 / 2391.

Responsibilities

• Complete the Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) schedule within agreed timescales and to ensure all necessary paperwork is completed accurately.
• Deliver reactive and planned catering and bakery equipment maintenance.
• Conduct emergency lighting and fire alarm tests and repairs.
• Complete general repairs and maintenance to customer sites.
• Identify non-repairable faults in plant and machinery and promptly advise the Line Manager of findings, with recommendations regarding suitable replacement.
