Job summary

Omega is seeking an experienced Mobile Maintenance Electrician to join our team on a permanent basis. You will maintain and repair electrical, mechanical and catering equipment across retail outlets, performing regular store visits to complete reactive work, PPMs and minor repairs as required by the customer.

Based in Bath/Chippenham area, the role offers £41,324.95 inclusive of standby and a £1,500 competency payment, with overtime and travel time, 40-hour week, and a company pension scheme.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3/City and guilds 236 Part 1 + 2 in electrical installation/maintenance.
• City and Guilds 18th Edition.
• AM2 / 2391.

Responsibilities

• Complete the Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) schedule within agreed timescales and to ensure all necessary paperwork is completed accurately.
• Deliver reactive and planned catering and bakery equipment maintenance
• Conduct emergency lighting and fire alarm tests and repairs.
• Complete general repairs and maintenance to customer sites
• Identify non-repairable faults in plant and machinery and promptly advise the Line Manager of findings, with recommendations regarding suitable replacement.
