Job Description:

My client, a leading FM provider, is currently recruiting for a Mobile Maintenance Electrician to join their team due to contract renewal. The ideal candidate will have electrical qualifications, 18th edition, and a proven track record in commercial maintenance.

Responsibilities include all PPM and reactive maintenance on lighting, small lighting installations, power (single and 3 phase), sockets, floor boxes, fault finding on fuse boards and panels, checking electrical equipment, and assisting other engineers. The role also involves escorting subcontractors and completing general paperwork.

The salary is up to £43,000, including a van, tablet, fuel card, overtime, and more. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm.
