Job summary

HVAC Total FM Recruitment is seeking a Mobile Maintenance Electrician to service a portfolio of commercial and heritage sites across Bradford, York and Shildon. The role focuses on planned and reactive electrical maintenance, fault finding, and compliance tasks.

You will hold NVQ Level 3 (Electrical Installation) or equivalent, 18th Edition, and a valid UK driving licence, with proven facilities management experience and strong fault-finding skills.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 or City & Guilds in Electrical Installation.
• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations.
• Experience within Facilities Management or Building Services.
• Strong fault-finding and maintenance experience.
• Full UK Driving Licence.

Responsibilities
