Job summary

VIVO Defence Services, a joint venture between Serco and EQUANS, is seeking an experienced M&E Engineer for a 12-month FTC. The role is mobile, covering RAF Waddington and nearby sites, with a salary up to £43,000 plus car allowance and hybrid working options.

You will deliver safe systems of work, assess competence of personnel, produce risk assessments and method statements, support site teams and supply chain, and help reduce defects while maintaining MoD compliance and carbon-reduction

Qualifications

• Fully qualified Level 3 Electrical Engineer with UK driving licence.
• AP tickets in Electrical or Mechanical preferred; company will fund tickets.
• Strong knowledge of Safe Systems of Work and JSP375 compliance.
• Experience across multiple sites and on-call rota; SC clearance obtainable.

Responsibilities

• Assess competence of skilled personnel and supervise site operations.
• Produce high-quality Risk Assessments and Method Statements.
• Provide technical support to site teams, supply chain and end users.
• Support MoD projects and contribute to carbon reduction targets.
