Job summary

Home Group seeks an experienced joiner to repair, maintain and refurbish across properties in the North East. You’ll perform whole-job fixes, use mobile tech to log details, and manage van stock and equipment. A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel are essential.

You’ll work a Monday–Friday schedule, with 8:30–16:30 hours, and benefit from 34 days of leave (plus a me day) and a competitive package including a pension and health plan.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 in joinery or carpentry is required.
• Experience in joinery repairs, glazing and UPVC work.
• Flexible, can-do attitude and ability to work independently.
• Confident using mobile/tech to record job details on the go.
• A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Carry out joinery repairs, maintenance and refurbishments to a high standard.
• Complete whole-job fixes to avoid repeat visits and delays.
• Use mobile technology to record job details in real time.
• Manage your van stock and equipment responsibly.
• Follow health and safety rules to keep yourself and others safe.
