Job summary

SpaceXAI is seeking an exceptional iOS engineer to lead AI-driven mobile experiences. You will own complex features from architecture through App Store deployment, delivering fast, scalable iOS apps with pixel-perfect UIs.

The role requires expertise in Swift, SwiftUI, UIKit, and performance optimization, plus concurrency with Combine and high-throughput REST/gRPC integrations. Equity and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• We are looking for an exceptional iOS engineer with deep expertise in Swift, SwiftUI, and UIKit.
• We need strong experience in performance optimization across memory, CPU, and GPU using low-level tools.
• We expect experience designing and shipping intuitive, pixel-perfect mobile UIs, especially for AI-driven experiences.
• We require proficiency in concurrency and reactive programming, including Combine, for responsive real-time applications.
• We value experience building high-throughput integrations with APIs such as REST and gRPC, or with AI model outputs.
• We want someone capable of owning complex features end-to-end, from architecture through App Store deployment, with a focus on speed and scalability.
• We prefer deep expertise in the Apple ecosystem and related development tools.
• We prefer experience with Rust for backend components.
• We prefer experience with AVFoundation for real-time audio processing.
• We prefer a track record of shipping standout apps or standout features within apps.
• We look for strong product sense, including the ability to empathize with users and translate needs into delightful features.
• We expect excellent communication skills, strong prioritization, and a hands-on work style.
