Job description
Overview

ICT Technician (Mobile) – Salary: LCC Grade 6 (£25,995 - £26,409). Contract: Full-time (37 hours per week) and permanent. Base: Bosworth Academy with regular work required in other Trust schools. Start date: As soon as possible. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and supportive environment, working directly with staff and students to deliver an outstanding IT support experience. Based at Bosworth Academy and travelling to other Trust schools as required, you will be part of the wider LiFE Multi-Academy Trust IT Team, supporting schools across the Trust. As an ICT Technician, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems and services.

Responsibilities
  • Resolving technical queries from staff and students
  • Diagnosing and repairing hardware issues
  • Collaborating with colleagues across the Trust
  • Supporting and maintaining a wide range of technologies, including desktop PCs, laptops, iPads, network switches, Wi-Fi infrastructure, server hardware and software, and firewalls
