SER Limited is seeking a Mobile Hose Engineer to join the team in the Nottingham/Mansfield area. The role involves on-site hydraulic hose replacement, joinning a network of mobile engineers to serve clients 24/7, and maintaining vehicle stock and documentation.

The position offers a basic salary of £28,000–£32,000 (DOE) with OTE £38,000–£45,000, plus 21 days holiday, bank holidays, overtime, on-call duties, and a company van with health care and pension benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience with hydraulic hose replacement is a benefit.
• Experience working with mechanical equipment (plant, motors, etc.).
• Ability to communicate technical information to all personnel.
• Professional presentation and strong communication skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Valid UK driving licence is essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site hydraulic hose replacement services to a high standard.
• Collaborate with other mobile engineers on various sites.
• Manage vehicle stock, routine maintenance, and van documentation.
• Ensure equipment is maintained and updated as needed.
• Adhere to company procedures and policies.
• Support depot staff as required.

My client is a well-established full service hydraulic company, offering a top draw professional 24/7 hose servicing service. Priding themselves on the ability to offer emergency service to clients by attending site and assisting with the replacement of Hydraulic hoses at all times in all weathers. My client is looking for a Mobile Hose Engineer to join their team. As a Mobile Hose Engineer, you will have experience in attending sites and assisting with the replacement of hydraulic hoses.

Mobile Hose Engineer

Location: Nottingham/Mansfield

£28,000 - £32,000 basic (DOE) with OTE £38,000 - £45,000 and 21 days holiday plus Bank Holidays, Over time, On Call, Bonus, van, health care and pension.

Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

• Assist in building the companies reputation within the hydraulic field.
• Ensure all HSE guidelines within company policy are followed.
• Provide professional onsite hydraulic hose replacement services to a high standard.
• Work closely with other mobile engineers to assist with issues on various sites.
• Manage vehicle to maintain stock levels, routine maintenance, and documentation of your van.
• Ensure equipment used is maintained and make changes when required.
• Adhere to company procedures and policies.
• Provide assistance to staff within depo being based from when required to do so.
