• Strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and commercial maintenance.
• Experience with Mechanical, HVAC, and Air conditioning systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform PPM and reactive works.
• Conduct HVAC maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Supervise subcontractors on-site.
• Ensure all works meet company standards.

Skills

AC and Refrigeration NVQ Level 2 or Level 3

Mechanical NVQ Level 2 or Level 3

Experience in Mechanical/HVAC

Basic Electrical skills
