Qualifications

• Proven experience working within commercial facilities environments.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems (VRV, VRF, Splits) is highly advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Execute Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and reactive repairs on commercial sites.
• Perform mechanical and plumbing duties, including work on AHUs, FCUs, VRVs, VRFs.
• Maintain strong professional relationships with clients, resolving issues effectively.

Skills

Commercial facilities experience

Knowledge of HVAC systems

Full UK Driving Licence

Education

NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing & Heating or Mechanical Engineering
