Job summary

Thorn Baker Facilities Management is recruiting a Mobile High Level Cleaning Technician to service a major UK retail portfolio across Chester and surrounding areas. The role offers a company van, fuel card and mobile phone with most sites within 90 minutes of home, plus fully paid overnight stays for reactive work.

Working five days out of seven, you will perform high-level and window cleaning, pressure washing and other specialist tasks, with IPAF training available and ongoing development

Qualifications

• Experience within commercial, specialist or external cleaning.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Flexible regarding travel and working hours.
• Comfortable travelling between sites.

Responsibilities

• High and low-level cleaning across retailer sites.
• Commercial window cleaning across the portfolio.
• Pressure/jet washing and external cleaning.
