Job summary

Thorn Baker Facilities Management is seeking a Mobile High Level Cleaning Technician to service Nottingham and surrounding areas. The role covers high- and low-level cleaning, window cleaning, pressure washing, and external cleaning across a varied retail portfolio. A company van, fuel card and mobile phone are provided.

This permanent, full-time position offers paid training and IPAF opportunities. The successful candidate will travel between sites, work five days from seven, and may stay away

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial, specialist or external cleaning.
• Experience using pressure/jet washing equipment.
• Comfortable working at height.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Reliable and professional approach.
• Comfortable using a smartphone/PDA to complete job information.
• Flexible regarding travel and working hours.

Responsibilities

• Carry out specialist cleaning across the company’s retail portfolio.
• Perform high- and low-level cleaning and window cleaning.
• Conduct pressure/jet washing and external cleaning.
• Execute planned and reactive cleaning works.
• Work safely at height with appropriate equipment.
• Operate and maintain specialist cleaning equipment.
• Complete job reports using a PDA/mobile device.
• Liaise with store teams and clients.
• Ensure all work is completed safely and to standard.
