Overview

We are proud to work alongside our client, a well-established national organisation, in their search for a Mobile HGV Technician in the Leeds area.

Responsibilities

• Carry out inspection, service, maintenance and repair of a range of vehicles within the fleet.
• Diagnostic and rectification work on faults on HGV vehicles.
• Carry out MOT preparation work with the vehicles on site.
• Ensure that all work is carried out to set company standards and deadlines.
• Liaise with other departments if required, such as Parts.
• Ensure Health & Safety regulations and safe working practices are adhered to.
• Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and tidiness at all times.

Qualifications

• Technical qualification such as City & Guild / Irtec accredited or equivalent.
• Possession of an HGV driving licence is ideal but not necessary.
• Relevant HGV Technician / Commercial Vehicle experience.
