Overview

An exciting opportunity has become available for an Automotive Mobile HGV Technician with a national Plant and Fleet Repair Company covering the Northampton area. Our Automotive Client has a need for a Mobile HGV Technician who is motivated and able to work to their own initiative.

Duties

• Service, inspect, repair, and refurbish plant equipment and attachments.
• Diagnose and repair hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical issues.
• Respond to breakdowns and perform preventative maintenance.
• Follow Environmental and Health & Safety procedures.
• Meet manufacturer specifications and quality standards.

Requirements

• NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance - or equivalent.
• HGV technician experience.
• A proactive, customer-focused mindset with a commitment to excellence.
• Own toolset (specialist tools provided by the company).
• Full UK Driving Licence.
• HGV Technician experience is highly beneficial.

The salary for this Mobile HGV Technician role is up to £45,000 basic. The hours of work for this role are Monday to Friday Daytime Hours (47.5 Hour Week).
