Job summary

Falcon Support Services is seeking a Garden and Property Maintenance Operative for 20 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with core hours 9:00–17:00 negotiable. Location: Loughborough and Hinckley.

The role requires you to own a vehicle and tools, with duties including grounds maintenance, grass and hedge cutting, lighting maintenance, waste disposal, and assisting with minor repairs and porterage as needed. DBS check may be required.

Qualifications

• Must hold a clean valid driving license and have a vehicle for work purposes.
• Willingness to undergo a satisfactory enhanced DBS check.
• Must be over the age of 18.
• Have business car insurance.
• Have tools to complete maintenance works.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the grounds of all properties owned, leased or rented by Falcon Support Services.
• Carry out grass and hedge cutting to keep gardens safe and usable.
• Ensure fences and boundaries are well maintained.
• Maintain lighting systems and replace minor parts as needed.
• Dispose of waste materials safely and keep areas litter free.
• Attend to contractors and assist with minor handyman duties as directed.
